Master Dale Ashdown 4th Dan Black Belt. I have been training since the age of 12 that is a total of 37 years in Taekwondo but 44 years practicing martials arts from judo to Kung fu. I am 7 time British champion 8 times southern area champion and silver medallist in the ISDO  European amateur kick boxing championships in Bulgaria, I am currently WUMF world taekwondo Champion 2023. I am still a active competitor i value the fact that i will do what ever i teach my students so the attitude of i will never quick runs through my blood and i pass that on to all my Gold students. i am no different to you or your child i bleed if i'm cut i cry if i'm unhappy the only difference is i don't show you when i'm hurt, and this is what i pass  on to all my students. I pride myself on helping everyone regardless of sex or disability i treat everyone the same if i can help you over come your disability and achieve your goals then i have done my job .
